Ministry of Agriculture Building

Awarded Second Prize in national competition, the Ministry of Agriculture headquarters organizes an extensive civic program through clear programmatic zoning. A solid base anchors the footprint and organizes primary access and public services, while repeated linear wings and an elevated administrative volume frame internal landscaped courtyards that bring daylight and natural ventilation into the complex.

Deep vertical reveals, shaded fenestration, and an expressive ceremonial entrance establish a disciplined civic presence. The spatial arrangement connects administrative departments through clear circulation links, providing an efficient, climate-responsive working environment grounded in local construction realities.
