Delta Tower introduces a sculpted tri-radial typology to high-density residential architecture in Damascus. The tri-axial structural massing is conceived to optimize lateral resistance while angling residential units outward toward expansive panoramic vistas across the surrounding cityscape.
Stepped cantilevered terraces and deep recessed balconies act as integrated shading buffers against direct solar exposure. The architectural articulation alternates between solid vertical structural planes and generous glazed balconies, giving the tower an agile silhouette on the skyline while providing privacy and shaded outdoor living for each residence.
